Founding membership is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can leave at any time by emailing cashedpicksadmin@gmail.com or replying STOP to any text.
Picks are delivered the moment they are posted and cannot be returned, so paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Exceptions we always honor: you were charged after you cancelled, you were charged twice, or you could not access the content you paid for because of a problem on our side. In those cases we refund in full within 5 business days.
Cancel any time from your account or by email; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. Trial offers, if any, convert to a paid plan only on the date shown at checkout, and cancelling before that date means you are never charged.
A losing day, week, or month is part of sports betting and is not grounds for a refund. We post every result publicly so you can judge the record before you pay.
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost everything within a day. Accounts that file chargebacks for content they received may be closed.
